Ginlong (Solis) Technologies has announced a strategic working agreement with TÜV Rheinland, bringing together two leaders in technology and innovation, united by their vision for excellence in testing and certification.
The collaboration will focus on standardization and innovation in the solar PV and energy storage industries.
Ms. Hefeng Lu, Vice General Manager at Solis, and Mr. Li Weichun, Vice President of Global Power Electronics Product Services at TÜV Rheinland, represented their respective organizations in signing the agreement during Intersolar Europe 2024, with Ms. Lu commenting: “Solis is committed to producing safe, secure and innovative products globally. This partnership is a testament to the company’s unwavering focus and the global team’s dedication to continuous improvement. We look forward to jointly promoting our vision of ensuring green energy becomes the main energy source of our world.”
At the Solis booth, TÜV Rheinland and the Solis utility team marked the official handover of a VDE 4130 certificate for the Solis-(215-255)K-EHV-5G-PLUS high voltage inverter, a critical certification for solar installations in Germany and many other European countries. This inverter series maximizes PV power plant yields from high-performance solar panels, including bifacial, and features a fuse-less design as well as IP66 protection. It also boasts a 14 MPPT/12 MPPT topology, a maximum efficiency of 99% and supports a 200% DC/AC ratio. Also showcased during the Intersolar exhibition was the 350k, offering up to 99% efficiency, 12/16 MPPTs, 32 inputs and a 20A string current, while supporting a 150% DC/AC ratio. The robust construction of both inverters makes them ideal for the challenging environments often encountered in utility-scale projects around the world.
Also the subject of significant attention was Solis’ latest range of hybrid inverters, highlights being the S6-EH3P(8-15)K-L, S6-EH3P(12-20)K-H and the powerful S6-EH3P(30-50)K-H models. Compatible with battery models from global brands including BYD, LG Energy Solutions, Dyness and Pylon Tech, the products offer flexibility in system choice and enable homeowners and businesses to save on energy costs.
